How do I place my order ?

Placing your order is easy and convenient! Just send us email at with your selected products and we will send you the Pro invoice for your confirmation .

Can I place my orders by phone?

We accept phone orders at: 91-183-657-9024 or 91-183-653-7670 Monday ~ Saturday 8am to 8pm IST. Our customer representatives are happy to answer any questions you may have and/or to take your order.

What are my payment options?

Orders can be placed online or by phone using your: Bank wire transfer, T/T, L/C, western union, money gram and Paypal.

Do you charge sales tax?

No we do not charge any sales tax.

Can I place a rush order?

We strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible and rush orders are shipped within 2~3 days for quantities upto 1000 pcs if received before 2pm IST. We have faster shipping methods (TNT,FEDEX,DHL), so you can receive your order faster than normal shipping would be. Extra charges for rush orders may be applied depending on the circumstances, do confirm while ordering.

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship ALL orders out as quickly as possible and most retail/sample orders are shipped within 3~5 days .

Wholesale orders within 15~20 days ,for bulk orders contact our sales representative ,it can be negotiated as per quantities.

How much will my shipping be?

We have contracts with FEDEX and TNT and can give you best freight charges for delivery at your door step. We can give you airport to airport fast deliveries for best freight charges for bulk orders. We also ship through both Air and Sea ( FCL and LCL ).

What are my shipping options?

We can ship as per your needs through Air or Sea as per your request. We can give airport to airport delivery also forward the shipment to your recommended freight forwarder.

Do you guarantee shipping arrival times?

We, unfortunately cannot guarantee, nor will we be responsible for the dependability and timeliness of the shippers we use. Due to unusual circumstances, weather and other factors... we can only advise that an item SHOULD arrive by a certain

date or holiday based on past performance of shippers.
